What Equipment do I need at home?
  • Windows 10/11 and activated (you bought it and own a license to operate)
  • i5 processor 7th generation (minimum)
  • 8GB RAM (minimum). However, 16GB, or more, is preferred to prevent constant crashing
  • 500+GB HDD 7,200 RPM or better or SSD (Solid State Drive)
  • Dual video output (dual monitors are required for most) but also very helpful to you
  • Ethernet internet required (no wireless anything, ever)
  • USB headset with microphone
  • Ethernet wire long enough to reach from router/modem to PC
  • All-in-one PCs are not permitted, notebook PCs (laptops) are not recommended as they usually do not meet the required specifics (including screen resolution and dual-screen abilities). Chromebooks are not compatible.
  • Keyboard and mouse that is not wireless
Are there any fees included? Why?
  • Every pay period there is a $19.75 fee that is automatically taken by Arise (as their platform usage fee) .
  • Our fee is $20.00 (this fee will cover your direct deposit or check, 24/7 administrative help, and 1099 form issuance at the end of the year).
  • You are required to do a background check through Arise and their third party company, cost is $30.00. (We reimburse the background check fee after 30 days of servicing).
What kind of experience do I need?
No experience is required. You just need to have the urge to work and time to become certified in the client of your choosing.
How often is training?
The sooner you join the sooner you are able to select from the various clients listed. Please keep in mind that client needs do change very frequently. Classes are first-come, first-serve.
